Strange…. Ring around the moon in the sky

So much strange things happens in this world. This is one of them. Half an hour ago, when my brother came and said that some strange things are happening in the sky, i thought he was joking. But when i went to the roof top of the building, i was stranged to see such a ring around the moon. I dont know what is this but may be scientist can answer this. Will be waiting for the answer. Fog at Sylhet
