মনের কথা প্রকাশ না করতে পারলে দুঃখ পেতে হয়।

আমরা যখন আমাদের মনের কথা প্রকাশ করতে পারিনা তখন আমাদের মন যে কতটুকু ভারি হয় তা একমাত্র সে ই বলতে পারে। এবং যখন আমরা আমাদের মনের মথা আটকিয়ে রাখি তখন একটা বিষয় ভবিষ্যতের জন্য থেকে যায়। আর তা হচ্ছে আমাদের জন্য দুঃখ। এটা একটা অবধারিত বিষয় যে আমরা যদি মনের কথা প্রকাশ না করি ভবিষ্যতে এর জন্য অনেক বড় দুঃখ পেতে হয়।   এই বিষয়ের অভিজ্ঞতা আমি নিজেও বেশ কয়েকবার আমার জীবনে পেয়েছি। কিছু মনের কথা না বলায় ( সহজ ভাষায় বলতে গেলে আমার বলতে দেরি হওয়ায়  ) জীবনে অনেক দুঃখ পেতে হয়েছে। তাই নিজেকে অনেক বদলানর চেষ্টা করেছি। কিন্তু…

বিদ্যুৎ সাশ্রয়ী হন খরচ কমান।

আমাদের দেশে বিদ্যুৎ সঙ্কট প্রবল । এর জন্য কিন্তু আমাদের অনেক দুর্ভোগ পোহাতে হয়।  কিন্তু আমরা চাইলে এটাকে কিছু পরিমাণে লাঘব করতে পারি । আপনারা নিশ্চয়ই  মনে মনে বলছেন ‘কীভাবে’? তাহলে পড়তে থাকুন। আমরা দৈনন্দিন জীবনে বিদ্যুৎ ব্যবহারে এতটা সাশ্রয়ী থাকিনা। আমরা মনে করি এটুকু বিদ্যুৎ সাশ্রয় করে লাভ কি ? মনে করুন আপনি আপনার একটি রুম আলোকিত করতে ১০০ ওয়াট বাল্ব (অনেকেই আদর করে হলুদ বাতি বলে ) ব্যবহার করছেন। কিন্তু আপনি চাইলেই একটি ১৭ ওয়াট CFL (অনেকেই এনার্জি বাল্ব বলে ডাকে ) বাতি দিয়ে সেই কাজ সারতে পারেন। অনেকেই তা করেন না , কারন একটি ১০০ ওয়াট বাল্বের…

সুখ দুঃখের সমীকরণ

বেশ কয়েকদিন আগে কোন এক হিমুর বইয়ে পরেছিলাম, কোন সংবাদ কারো কাছে সুখের হলে তা অবশ্যই অন্য কারো কাছে দুঃখের হয়। এটা একটা সমীকরণের মাধ্যমে হুমায়ুন আহমেদ বুঝাইছিলেন । তখন হয়তো ভেবেছিলাম এইটা লেখক লেখার জন্য লিখেছিলেন । Just for Fun । না কিন্তু তা মজা করার জন্য লেখক লেখেন নি। এটা যে একটা চরম সত্য তা আজকে আমি অনুভব করতে পারলাম। কোন সংবাদ কারো জন্য সুখ আনলে অন্য কারো জন্য ঠিকই দুঃখ নিয়ে আসে। যাতে পৃথিবীর সব দুঃখ সুখ যোগ করলে সমান সমান হয়ে যায়।    গণিতের সমীকরণে যা  দাড়ায়      আজকে সত্তিই বুঝতে পারলাম অভিজ্ঞতা মানুষকে অনেক…
